ACADEMYEO (JETCIVIL ENGINEERING) will have the right to participate in any defense by you of a third-party claim related to your use of any of the Website content or Products, with counsel of Academyeo (Jetcivil Engineering) choice at its expense. Academyeo (Jetcivil Engineering) will reasonably cooperate in any defense by you of a third-party claim at your request and expense. You will have sole responsibility to defend ACADEMYEO (JETCIVIL ENGINEERING) against any claim, but you must receive ACADEMYEO (JETCIVIL ENGINEERING) prior written consent regarding any related settlement. By using this Website or ordering Products, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all terms and conditions on this Website.

VIII. SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy for Domestic Orders

Domestic orders (within India) would be processed within 3 working days and shipped through a domestic courier company.
If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders
Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) through email.

We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

We at academyeo work hard to provide best quality of product and amazing prices. If there is any physical damage in the academyeo’s developed software product then u can return the product within 10 days of delivery. We do not provide refund on courses enrolled.
To raise return request for software products if required, Call our customer Care Team on +91-8860227799, (Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm) or email us at info@academyeo.com within 48 hours of delivery of product.

Need to return – Few points to remember (for Physical products only)

Returns/exchange request need to be within 15 days of the delivery of product only if return is mentioned on any particular product in product description.
Please mail us or call us for easy returns. Also send us pictures on whatsapp or email us about product defect if any.
All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot & video clip at info@academyeo.com or jetcivil2016@gmail.com
In you choose to self-ship the products; they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service like first flight, Bluedart, Fedex, DTDC priority etc.
In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Academyeo (Jetcivil Engineering). In this case, an amount of Rs.100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
Refund options for you– The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:
Balance refund via bank transfer/paytm wallet/cheque/Google Pay/Phonepe into their account for all prepaid orders via net banking/debit card/ credit card etc.
CANCELLATION POLICY: info@academyeo.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

XII. USING COUPON CODES

Cash back Promo Code may not be applicable for all the products on the website.
Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.

Force Majeure. ACADEMYEO (JETCIVIL ENGINEERING) will not be deemed in default here under or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, or boycott.

Cessation of Operation. ACADEMYEO (JETCIVIL ENGINEERING) may at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cease operation of the Website and distribution of the Products.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement comprises the entire agreement between you and ACADEMYEO (JETCIVIL ENGINEERING) and supersedes any prior agreements pertaining to the subject matter contained herein.

Effect of Waiver. The failure of ACADEMYEO (JETCIVIL ENGINEERING) to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Governing Law: This Website originates from the Uttar Pradesh. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh without regard to its conflict of law principles to the contrary. Neither you nor Academyeo (Jetcivil Engineering) will commence or prosecute any suit, proceeding or claim to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, to recover damages for breach of or default of this Agreement, or otherwise arising under or by reason of this Agreement, other than in courts located in State of Uttar Pradesh. By using this Website or ordering Products, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts in connection with any action, suit, proceeding or claim arising under or by reason of this Agreement. You hereby waive any right to trial by jury arising out of this Agreement and any related documents.

Statute of Limitation. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website or Products or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Waiver of Class Action Rights.
